Terms and Conditions

All prices are in Australian dollars. They include the Australian Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%.

Discount registration is only available for Australian or New Zealand participants who are members of AustMS or ANZIAM, or are students from member instititions of AMSI. Please provide membership number or student ID number when registering.

Registration fee includes social events for the conference participant.

Extra tickets for social events are subject to availability. Please do register your accompanying children (under 18) even though there is no need to pay.

Cancellation on or before September 30, 2011 will receive full refund. Cancellation after September 30, 2011 but on or before January 27, 2012 will receive 50% refund. Cancellation after January 27, 2012 will receive no refund. If you need to cancel due to visa issues, please provide supporting evidence and we will refund your registration in full.
